I provide individual counselling for individuals ages 14+, adults, and seniors. My therapeutic approach is considered strengths-based and is empirically proven as effective: Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), TEAM-CBT, T-CBT, CBTi (insomnia), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), as well as incorporating aspects of Positive Psychology.

CORE SERVICES:
My therapeutic approach is considered both strengths- and empirically-based: Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Positive Psychology (PosPsych), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Each of these approaches is considered empirically-based because, through double-blind research studies, they have shown to be the most effective treatment for symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders (alcohol, other substances & other addictions).
